WHAT: I have been involved in daily fitness.
SO WHAT: We have, I enjoy playing fun games, getting fresh air, having some time off learning, being competitive against team 2 and having fun.
NOW WHAT: I would like to be able to have even teams.
WHAT: I participated in the Kauri Athletics in the 11 year old Long Jump, Discus, High Jump and Sprints.
SO WHAT: I'm proud of myself coming 4th in High Jump because last year I wasn't as good. I'm also proud of coming first in the first heat and the finals in Sprints.
NOW WHAT: Next time, next week I still want to come a place in House Relays.
WHAT: Star Fish Swimming
SO WHAT: I achieved Seated Dives, Swim 20m Freestyle, Swim 20m Backstroke, Demonstrate a Breast arm action, Demonstrate a Breast leg action, Swim 20m survival Backstroke ( double arm back with breast legs) and Non ridged aid assistance (towel or rope)
NOW WHAT: I need to work on Scull 15m head first and feet first.
WHAT: I have been involved in swimming over the last two weeks.
SO WHAT: We have been doing freestyle, backstroke, sculling, streamline, breaststroke, six kick drill. I have learnt to breathe and roll every three when I do my freestyle and breaststroke. I enjoyed doing freestyle, backstroke and a bit of breaststroke. What I found challenging was doing sculling because I found it difficult to cup my hands and only use my hands.
NOW WHAT: I would like to improve on sculling by having a bit more control with my hands.
What: We have been learning about Transitions last week.
So What: I accomplished highlighting Moving safely and Staying in my class line/group. I ticked Staying with your teacher and Using quiet voices.
Now What: I could do better at Being aware of others and keeping me hands and feet to my self.
WHAT: I have been involved in Winter Sport this year.
So What: The sport I did was Netball. My best games were in the winter tournament because we won every single game accept from our last game in the tournament.
Now What: I could still improve on running onto the ball and improving my shooting skills by practicing more.
So What: I now know that in 1896 that was when the first Olympics had started in Olympia ( which is in Greece), I have enjoyed doing the SML Olympic tasks, What I have found interesting is that the Olympics have gone on for 30 years, I liked finding out facts that i didn't know about the Olympics.
Now What: A sport I'd like to complete in one day would be Netball because you get to vs other teams all over the world because you would of had an experience with that team.
SO WHAT: I think i'm good at sharing and using equipment fairly, playing safely, trying your best, using appropriate language, trying my best, being a caring friend and agreeing on game rules and playing fairly.
NOW WHAT: I could improve on over the next two weeks is to keep my hands and feet to myself because some times I may touch someone where they don't like it and also listen, speak and show respect to others.
WHAT: I have been learning to manage myself in the playground
SO WHAT: Iv'e been doing great at Agreeing on game rules and playing fairly, sharing and using the equipment fairly and also getting involved and taking turns.
SO WHAT: I need to get better at playing a bit more safely.
WHAT: I have been involved in weekly Winter Sport in 2016
SO WHAT: the highlights of our game was when we won 17 to 6 , and the best part for me so far is that I scored 3 or 2 goals during the game, and I think the skills I have improved on is Defending and getting into space.
NOW WHAT: I need to to work on my shooting and passing for netball.
WALT: Describe different habitats in New Zealand and species that live in them.
SO WHAT: I did the habitat Forests.The features i added was a lake, mosses, lake, rocks,clouds, sun, sky, grasses, ferns and trees like the pohutakawa tree and the kowhai tree. Im most proud of my trees, lake and rocks. The animals i did are kiwi, sparrow, monarch buttery and salmon.
NOW WHAT: The thing I would do differently is my sky because its not the colour I wanted.
