Take a stand, lend a hand

WHAT: We have been learning about how we can..'Take a Stand and Lend a Hand'
SO WHAT: We learnt that bullying is very bad and that we have to respect own different's to each other.
NOW WHAT: I would like be able to defend by getting teachers and getting support for others.

Daily Fitness

WHAT: I have been involved in daily fitness.
SO WHAT: We have, I enjoy playing fun games, getting fresh air, having some time off learning, being competitive against team 2 and having fun.
NOW WHAT: I would like to be able to have even teams.

WHAT: I participated in the Kauri Athletics in the 11 year old Long Jump, Discus, High Jump and Sprints.
SO WHAT: I'm proud of myself coming 4th in High Jump because last year I wasn't as good. I'm also proud of coming first in the first heat and the finals in Sprints.
NOW WHAT: Next time, next week I still want to come a place in House Relays.

Swimming Blog

WHAT: Star Fish Swimming
SO WHAT: I achieved Seated Dives, Swim 20m Freestyle, Swim 20m Backstroke, Demonstrate a Breast arm action, Demonstrate a Breast leg action, Swim 20m survival Backstroke ( double arm back with breast legs) and Non ridged aid assistance (towel or rope)
NOW WHAT: I need to work on Scull 15m head first and feet first.

WHAT: We had a go at some of the Technology at Lincoln.

SO WHAT: So when I was at Lincoln I did Textiles design, 3D design and Cooking. 
My favourite rotation was Textiles design because we made little emoji cushions.
A challenge was 3D designs because we had to make a bridge that could hold 50g of rice and it was challenging because we had to make it as long as we can and as stable as possible.
A suprise was when we were doing Textiles designs we found out a whole load of different fabrics.
NOW WHAT: I'm looking forward to doing all of this next year.

Swimming 2016

WHAT: I have been involved in swimming over the last two weeks.
SO WHAT:  We have been doing freestyle, backstroke, sculling, streamline, breaststroke, six kick drill.         I have learnt to breathe and roll every three when I do my freestyle and breaststroke. I enjoyed doing freestyle, backstroke and a bit of breaststroke. What I found challenging was doing sculling because I found it difficult to cup my hands and only use my hands.
NOW WHAT: I would like to improve on sculling by having a bit more control with my hands.

What: We have been learning about Transitions last week.
So What: I accomplished highlighting Moving safely and Staying in my class line/group. I ticked Staying with your teacher and Using quiet voices.
Now What: I could do better at Being aware of others and keeping me hands and feet to my self.
