WHAT: I have been involved in swimming over the last two weeks.
SO WHAT: We have been doing freestyle, backstroke, sculling, streamline, breaststroke, six kick drill. I have learnt to breathe and roll every three when I do my freestyle and breaststroke. I enjoyed doing freestyle, backstroke and a bit of breaststroke. What I found challenging was doing sculling because I found it difficult to cup my hands and only use my hands.
NOW WHAT: I would like to improve on sculling by having a bit more control with my hands.
